Proposed Scheme - Another Partial Two-Story

This scheme was created by Emily B.

This partial two-story approach also places two bedrooms upstairs, allows for a vaulted ceiling above the living room, and uses traditional building forms.

Proposed Scheme - Partial Two-Story

This scheme was proposed by team member Jeremy M.

A two-story bedroom zone sits adjacent to the one-story living areas, allowing for some vaulted ceilings over the living spaces and creating a dynamic grouping of forms on the exterior.

Proposed Scheme - Ranch Approach

This scheme was proposed by team member Andrea M.

The layout improves the typical ranch design, minimizing hallways, adding a functional entry vestibule, opening up the living spaces, and modernizes the exterior look of the home.
